I offer a free 30 minute consultation, both new clients, and annually for existing clients.
I want to know more than just your accounting woes, I want to know about your impact on your community, your community’s impact on you, and your changing goals and dreams.
If we have the understanding that we may work together, MCA will follow up with a quote and a draft contract outlining the services and pricing as discussed.
Nonprofit services
In these uncertain times, we need nonprofits more than ever, and we are here to serve. With 12 years of experience in nonprofit and governmental accounting (including fund accounting and grant accounting), from preparing 990s, preparing for and performing audits, we are here for you.

That’s an excellent question, and I would be happy to talk to you about your exact circumstances. If you already have a bookkeeper, and that person is doing everything you need, for less than you would pay me, I will probably agree with you.

I have heard some pretty complex answers to this question, but my philosophy is: I am going to charge you the monthly rate for the months that you are behind. If it ends up being way more complicated or simpler than expected, I reserve the right to talk to you about raising or lowering the price, respectively.
